i do the same thing when plotting out a design!!! does anyone else do this??
Make-up I created for a recent photo-shoot! I loved creating this natural eye look and yellow and blue lips!
I got the chance to be creative and have fun, find out here how to get the look… My Inspiration from this look was from the necklace that was used in this shot, the photographer asked for me to create colours to match- at first I wasn’t sure on just plain yellow lips as this was my first idea however it made the model look washed out so after lots of mixing products I decided to add blue to the yellow lips to exactly match the necklace design and overall I was really happy with the results!
So here is how I created this look using my Sigma & Illamasqua Make-up brushes which I LOVE!!! :
Skin Care:
• Origins Clean Energy Gentle cleansing oil
• Origins A Perfect World Toner with Treatment Lotion with White Tea
• Origins Brighter by Nature Skin tone correcting serum
• Origins Lip Remedy
Face:
• MY Face Cosmetics – My Mix foundation in Shade 03
• Contouring: Illamasqua Cream Pigment in ‘Hallow’
• Highlighting: MUA Single Pearl eye shadow in Shade ‘1’
Eyes:
•Eye base: MAC Cream Colour base in Shades- Luna & Shell
• Highlighting and contouring eyes: MUA single eye shadow in Shades ‘1-pearl’ & Matte Shade 19(also used to fill in models brows)
• Curl the models lashes then apply two coats of mascara- Look Beauty in ‘Stretch Factor’
Lips:
• To get Yellow Lips I applied MAC Paint pot in ‘Yellow’ all over the lips
• Then to create the blue effect to the edges of the lips I used MAC Paint pot in ‘Pure Creation’
• Finally let the paint pots dry and apply Illamasqua Sheer Lipgloss in ‘Clear’ over the MAC paint pots!
